Hello,
I’m trying to coach an adult football team and I’m looking for a website, book, or anything else that can help me coach my team from A to Z: design plays, set up drills, build a defense who can adapt to the opposite offense, etc. For example I know a lot of plays but I don’t really know how the line should block…
I’ve tried a lot of website but most of them are made for youth football coaching.
